Within the heraldic school there are many forms of continental crowns. In fact, there are also some tiaras for positions that are presumptive, either within a traditional right of commonionat or for use in the Commonwealth tradition.

At random we have the behavior in French heraldry when printing their royal kingdom, where the classification diadems of the transcription of positions in the restorations, a shelter of houses and royal family members who were committed to the local nobility all in order of poignant illustrations and notoriety of their era.

Crowns were often substitutes for berets, and some tiaras are worn simply as diadems.
